Athletes aged 18 and over may contact ATHLENEXIS directly. For athletes under 18, enquiries and communications must be managed through a parent or legal guardian.

ATHLENEXIS takes safeguarding seriously. This policy explains how communications with athletes and families are managed. This document is provided for information and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication.
Athletes aged 18 and over
Athletes aged 18 and over may contact ATHLENEXIS directly and may participate in consultations directly.
Athletes under 18
For athletes under 18, initial enquiries must come through a parent or legal guardian, recruitment communication must be managed through a parent or legal guardian, and consultations must involve a parent or legal guardian. ATHLENEXIS does not create private one-to-one recruitment communication channels with minors.
Website interactions
This website does not create interactions that request personal information from minors. There is no on-site enquiry form, no athlete registration and no document upload through the website. Interactive sports and academic components operate locally and do not collect personal information.
Contact channels
Enquiries are made through the official Instagram account or the official email address (support.athlenexis@gmail.com). ATHLENEXIS does not publish a Facebook link unless and until one is confirmed.
Raising a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern, please contact ATHLENEXIS using the official email address (support.athlenexis@gmail.com). ATHLENEXIS will not weaken existing safeguarding provisions.
