No guarantees
ATHLENEXIS does not guarantee university admission, athletic scholarships, full scholarships, roster positions, coach responses, visa approval, transfers, recruitment offers or successful placements. The objective is to help athletes explore suitable realistic opportunities, not to place an athlete at any institution.
Services and agreements
The exact scope of any paid service is determined through the approved service agreement. Prices, deposits, refund terms, cancellation terms and payment deadlines are not published on this website. The website does not include online payment functionality; service discussions, agreements and payments are managed through approved off-site arrangements.
Under-18s
Athletes aged 18 and over may contact ATHLENEXIS directly. For athletes under 18, enquiries and communications must be managed through a parent or legal guardian, and consultations must involve a parent or legal guardian.
Independent organisation
ATHLENEXIS does not imply official endorsement by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, USCAA, U SPORTS, CCAA or any university. Organisation and association names are used for factual identification only. We do not claim formal partnerships that have not been verified and approved for publication.
Intellectual property
The ATHLENEXIS name and logo are the property of the owner. Website content is original. We do not use unauthorised university or athletic association logos, and we do not fabricate partner logos, university agreements, placement statistics or testimonials.
